We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PM Engineer to join our team. As a PM Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects from start to finish. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality results to our clients. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverablesDevelop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetsIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project deliveryConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholdersCoordinate and communicate with external vendors and partners as neededConduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsCollaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goalsStay up-to-date with emerging project management methodologies and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in project management, ideally in a technical environmentStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSolid understanding of project management methodologies and toolsFamiliarity with software development lifecycleProficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teamsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and meticulousAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong decision-making skills
