We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to maintain accurate financial records, analyze financial data, and provide strategic guidance for business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

·         Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management

·         Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

·         Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

·         Develop and implement systems and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting department

·         Coordinate and review internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

·         Provide financial analysis and support to the management team, helping to drive strategic decision-making

·         Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions

·         Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue generation

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

·         CPA designation preferred

·         Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role

·         Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

·         Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
