Responsibilities

·         Review and verify mortgage loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness

·         Communicate with clients, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain any missing information or additional documentation needed

·         Prepare and submit loan packages to underwriters for approval

·         Coordinate the ordering and review of property appraisals, title reports, and other necessary documents

·         Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

·         Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan processing and underwriting process

·         Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loan files and transactions

Requirements

·         High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

·         Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or similar role in the accounting or financial services industry

·         Strong understanding of mortgage loan processing procedures and requirements

·         Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial documents

·         Proficient in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite

·         Exceptional organizational and time management skills

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
