We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our team in the accounting industry. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for managing tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing accurate financial information to clients. You will play a crucial role in minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing tax benefits.

As a Tax Accountant, you will analyze financial data, prepare tax returns, and assist clients with tax planning strategies. You will be responsible for researching and interpreting tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored tax strategies that align with their objectives.

Responsibilities

·         Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships

·         Review financial statements and identify potential tax deductions or credits

·         Conduct in-depth tax research and provide guidance on complex tax matters

·         Assist clients with tax planning and strategy development

·         Respond to tax-related inquiries from clients and tax authorities

·         Ensure compliance with tax regulations and develop internal controls

·         Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

·         CPA certification or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred

·         3+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role

·         Proficient in tax preparation software and MS Office Suite

·         Excellent knowledge of tax laws and regulations

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under tight deadlines

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
