Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our sales team, assisting in the preparation and documentation of sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining customer databases.   • Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
  • Generate reports and sales performance analysis for management review.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales collateral and promotional materials are up to date and readily available.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
