Main job duties and responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with marketing team to conduct market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.

2. Conduct regular market analysis and investigate land availability.

3. Monitor market activity including key property deals, pricing, value, and trends.

4. Network with brokers to maintain market awareness and develop key contacts in our target market area.

5. Categorize and appraise land parcels to assess value, as well as researching zoning laws and potential development projects to determine if a parcel is suitable for purchase.

6. Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that acquired land meets project specifications and requirements.

7. Perform feasibility studies through site evaluation.

8. Identify potential of business for a site and its potential post-construction

9. Coordinate with the financial analysis department for properties under consideration for purchase, including assessing values and preparing narrative reports for these properties.

10. Coordinate with Legal department and different parties to complete land acquisition deals.

11. Review legal documents to ensure all requirements are met prior to closing on a purchase.

12. Coordinate with government agencies to obtain permits for construction activities on public land.

13. Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing the status of ongoing land acquisition projects.

14. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.

Educational background and previous experience:

1. bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

2. Minimum 6 years’ experience in Business Development/Marketing.
