We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect or Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion.
As a Project Architect or Manager, you will collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects. You will apply your expertise in architecture, engineering, and construction to develop innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from initial concept to final completion
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure project success
- Prepare and review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with design specifications
- Resolve design and technical issues that arise during the construction phase
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure as an Architect is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
