Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
• Engage with our audience, build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Analyze social media data to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
