Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect or Designer to join our team. As a Senior Architect or Designer, you will play a critical role in leading and managing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and our team of professionals to develop innovative and sustainable designs for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
Responsibilities
- Lead design teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop architectural plans and designs
- Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept development to final construction documents
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate feasibility and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget objectives are met
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, assisting with their professional development
- Conduct research on industry trends, new technologies, and building materials to continuously enhance design capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design or related field
- Proven expertise in developing architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team of professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
