Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR
Generalist to join our team in the Human Resources industry. As an HR
Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions
and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.
You will be responsible for overseeing employee relations,
recruiting and onboarding, performance management, and other HR-related
activities. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and
practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage
the full recruitment life cycle, including posting job vacancies,
screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Develop
and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide
guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such
as employee performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate
and facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions,
training, and paperwork.
- Administer
employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct
regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and
regulatory requirements.
- Assist
in performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance
evaluations, and development plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum
of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Thorough
understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Strong
knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Solid
experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR
administration.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong
problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency
in HRIS and other HR software.
