We are seeking a skilled and experienced PR Manager to join our team. As the PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies to enhance our company's reputation and promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with various media outlets, stakeholders, and key industry influencers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of public relations practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful PR campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance our company's brand image and reputation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling PR materials, including press releases, media kits, and media pitches
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and other media representatives
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for media coverage and feature stories
• Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press conferences
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR tools and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Proven working experience as a PR Manager or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in PR software and tools, such as media monitoring platforms and press release distribution services
