Responsibilities

Requirements
- High
school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven
customer service experience in a similar role
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong
problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient
in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability
to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong
computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
