Responsibilities

Create visual designs and layouts for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website graphics

Develop brand identities and style guides, ensuring consistency across all visual elements

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements

Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs

Conduct research to stay updated on design trends and industry best practices

Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency with design specifications

Work on multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Solid understanding of design principles and techniques

Strong visual and conceptual skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
