Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of designers to develop creative concepts and solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and brand guidelines
- Oversee the development of design assets, ensuring that they are visually appealing and aligned with client expectations
- Provide art direction and design feedback to designers to achieve desired outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct regular design reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure brand consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, articulating the creative vision and rationale behind the work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles
- Expertise in industry-standard design software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
