Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve our designs
- Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into our design process
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer or a similar role
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of visual design, typography, and layout
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus
