Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our design team in our fast-paced and innovative design agency. As a Junior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of design projects and collaborate with experienced designers to turn ideas into engaging visual solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the senior designers in creating and executing design concepts, producing high-quality designs, and working on various client projects. You will have the chance to contribute your creative ideas and learn from seasoned professionals, all while gaining valuable experience in the design industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in creating and executing design concepts for various projects
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and develop unique visuals
- Produce and deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations and project requirements
- Conduct research on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across different platforms and mediums
- Prepare design files for print production and/or digital implementation
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Proven experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics
