Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure efficient operation of the hotel
- Maintain a high level of communication with guests to address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
