Automation Anywhere Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline our business processes and will be an integral part of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Discovery:

o Engage in the Process Discovery phase to understand and document current state processes.

o Create comprehensive Process Definition Documents (PDD) outlining the detailed steps of identified processes.

2. Solution Design:

o Develop Solution Design Documents (SDD) that provide technical specifications for the automation solutions.

o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.

3. Development and Implementation:

o Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

o Configure and maintain automation processes, ensuring they meet efficiency and reliability standards.

4. Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvement in existing automation solutions.

o Implement optimizations and updates to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of automation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• From 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere.

• Strong understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts and best practices.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing bots using Automation Anywhere.

• Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) and experience with scripting languages.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Automation Anywhere.

• Experience with other RPA tools.

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
