We are currently seeking skilled and experienced CM Engineers to join our team. As a CM Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the configuration and change management of our organization's products and systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production remains smooth and efficient.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the configuration management system and processes

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with configuration management policies

Develop and maintain configuration baselines for our products and systems

Create and maintain accurate documentation related to configuration management activities

Participate in the revision and release control of design and engineering documents

Coordinate and track all changes made to the product or system configuration

Collaborate with other teams to resolve configuration management issues

Support product lifecycle management by maintaining accurate records of all changes and revisions

Monitor and control the release of software and hardware changes

Identify and communicate configuration management best practices to the team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as a CM Engineer or in a similar role

In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and practices

Proficient in using configuration management tools and software

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Familiarity with quality management systems and their role in configuration management
