We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Team Leader to join our growing company. As the Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and managing a team of office staff to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment while providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. You should have a proven track record of effectively managing a team and achieving performance goals. Additionally, you should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the office, ensuring all daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Manage a team of office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate and schedule office meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Maintain office systems, including technology, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are functioning properly
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
